Please let me know if you need anything else from me.Below is the history of communications between M [redacted] of Green lawn care and [redacted] ***- Original call from [redacted] was taken on April 17th requesting an estimate from M [redacted] of Green.- M [redacted] of Green sent the estimate on Monday April 20th - On April 24th [redacted] sent an email stating “I would like to have the yard aerated, probably in the fall.” There was no mention in the email of swapping out service for the perimeter pest application He never called and requested a swap either.- On April 25th at 8:49am I Joel M [redacted] responded, “I also signed you up for aeration, and we will bill that when it is complete.”- On April 25th at 6:03pm [redacted] responded “Thanks.”- On October 7th at 3:35pm Joel M [redacted] made a 2-minute call to ###-###-#### to let [redacted] know I would be out the next week to do the aeration If we didn’t speak, minutes is more than enough time to leave a message A 7-day notice is more than enough time to let me know if you wanted to change your mind about the aeration.- On October 14th the aeration was completed.- On October 14th at 4:59pm [redacted] left me a message questioning the bill.- On October 15th at 12:17pm I Joel M [redacted] left [redacted] a message explaining the bill, and never heard back.- On November 23rd Ben called [redacted] around 2:25pm ahead of a lawn fertilization application and [redacted] explained his frustration about the aeration bill.- On November 23rd at 2:50pm Joel M [redacted] called [redacted] back after looking up the email history to discuss the confusion [redacted] still refused to acknowledge that we were right in aerating his lawn even though I explained what his email stated and that we did give him a call ahead of the aeration - In our November conversation I Joel M [redacted] apologized for the confusion and offered him $off the bill- On 1/5/M [redacted] of Green sent a statement with a note saying if we did not receive payment by 1/14/his balance of over days would be sent to [redacted] - The current date is 1/12/and I still have yet to receive payment of $which is $off not the $ [redacted] stated - [redacted] stated that he sent the payment on 1/14/which is two days from now so maybe he paid through his bank to send me a checkThanksJoel M*** Miles of Green Lawn Care###-###-#### Pl

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]The aeration was to be one of the two servicesYes in the spring I said I wanted the aeration to be done in the fallMy lawn was treated as I agreed to and paid for in advance thruout the yearGrub control ( one of the two free services for paying in advance) was done with no issues or extra fees as agreedJoe did the aeration in the fall as the email requestedJoe never ever spoke of this not being one of the two free services I chose and no price was ever discussed ( as it was to be one of two free services like the grub control) and no estimate was ever given showing or stating it would cost or I would be charged extraJoe aerated my yard and left a bill for $on my front door handle in addition to me paying for everything in advance in the springI never talked with Joe that he was coming out to do the aeration when they did this in the fallJoe states he left a voicemail message prior to coming to aerateI did not receive or listen to a voicemail message from Joe about the aerationBusinesses cannot leave someone a message on their phone and perform a service , especially that costs , without permission or agreement, and a fee which was not dicussed or agreed uponThe aeration was to be one of two free services I chose for paying in advance. When I filed the initial report I made an error on the I paid $I sent $on 1/11/via ** *** bill pay onlineJoe will receive this check in the next day or so if he has not alreadyI had my date wrong initially for when the payment was sent. I am still wanting refund of $for the service I was to receive at no costAgain , I never agreed to paying $for an aerationI only paid the $because Joe sent a bill along with his handwriting on it threatening to turn me in to collections .

yet to receive payment of $57.93 which is $20 off not the $55.93 [redacted] stated
-         
[redacted] stated that he sent the payment on
1/14/2016 which is two days from now so maybe he paid through his bank to send
