Poor customer service. Even the owner of the company is rude. I wait months to receive products because they didn't have the tube. Very rude sales person.

Horrible company to deal with. Avoid. Never meets deadlines, orders are late and when they do arrive they short you out of inventory. I had to wait 3 months to get an order all because they did not have their own bottles in stock!! Unacceptable. There is also lack of communication among staff. If you're looking to private label with this company, be forewarned, go somewhere else.

Review: Lady Burd is a private label company. They label their beauty cosmetic products with your own label. We ordered silver logo lettering on a translucent label. Instead we received silver logo on a black sticker and all the labels were scratched. We asked them to fix this problem and they said they were not liable for the labels since they do not create the labels. Why would a labeling cosmetic company offer labels if they cannot stand by their labels. They said that they will not refund but instead they will send caps for the makeup jars so that we can unpack the damaged labeled caps and repack with the new caps. We agreed but them we later found out that these new caps did not have labels on them. Why would we go with a labeling company that charged extra for the labels and then send us blank caps without labels!Desired Settlement: The original order also arrived 4months late because the representative forgot to place the order. When we got upset because the order was late they said "calm down that order was done two months ago", they later checked the order and saw that it was indeed never placed. This compnay's rep and manager have been rude and at this point we just want them to pay for the shipping and issue us a full refund.

I was trying to help her by sending the new caps at no charge so she can sell the products and make a profit instead of sitting on a cap that she didn't like. She agreed to the new cap.If the customer wants the clear label with silver writing I will send them to her.they will still be the same quality but will not get damaged in shipping.
