Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: first off I have never been threatening in anywayI reached out for the CEO's help because I was not getting anywhere with her customer service departmentI asked her to help me before I turned to the Revdex.comI have tried to attach my emails between us but it will not let meIt wasn't until last week that I received from the corporate office a link to file a report with the USPSAgain this didn't come from customer service but from corporateI have already filed something with the USPSWhy can't the CEO help with this? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I disagree with the comment that you had offered my a replacement product or a refund previouslyI would like to know what form my refund should be received as (check, directly back to my account and if so, last four digits of the account it is being refunded to).

*** ***I filed complaint #*** back on 10/20/against this companyThey responded stating that they had previously offered me a refund or replacement product (not true) and stated that they have cancelled my order and will issue a refundI accepted this offer, but I disagreed with the statement that they had made an offer prior to my original complaint and I inquired as to how I would be receiving this refund (check, credited to my credit card and if credited last four digits of card as I cannot recall what card I used to make the purchase)I attempted to log into my customer account this morning to see if I could check the status and their website indicated that my email address is not in their databaseI believe that Lady Godiva Beauty has absolutely no intention of refunding my moneyI paid $for two products plus shipping and now not only do I not have the products, but I don't have my money (or any idea of when I can expect the money).I expect Lady Godiva Beauty to fulfill their commitment to refund my money paid for products (including shipping charges) which they never deliveredI was promised this money on 10/23/and have not heard anything from them in regards to when (and how) I can expect my refund (which I did ask about in my response to their offer of a refund)

I am rejecting this response because: All information would be correct except for the fact that this is not a pre-orderIt was not announced nor told that the makeup was in production or pre order status at any timeThe shipping instructions on the website safe to weeks the makeup was ordered May 11th and not shipped out until JuneI used the support ticket system and I also sent a message to the CEO herself and I was told to go to my uplineI went to my upline on different occasions and was told twice the makeup was in production and it would be on its way and no one knew when it would be on its way but don't worryAnd I was told once that there is no idea as to when the makeup would come and what to do next

It is Lady Godiva Beauty's goal to satisfy every customer and we are sorry to hear a Customer is having this issue. Since first getting word that a delivered package was missing, we have taken it upon ourselves to file a missing mail complaint with the post office, supply the customer with the...

search ID and follow up on the search with both the post office and the customer. We were under the impression that the package was delivered to the wrong party. We were later told that the package was stolen, so we supplied the customer with a link for filing a mail theft claim and asked for a copy of a police report, which would be customary in a case like this. We have been in constant contact with the customer but feel limited in the support we can offer as mail theft is beyond our scope. We have not received a police report from the customer, but have received many threats which we feel are unwarranted. We still have a goal of satisfying every customer but feel this Customer's demands and threats are unfair. Hello,Lady Godiva Beauty has a new product line called the Magical Mermaid Collection. The items were in production when pre-sales for the line were announced. This was shared in many places including Facebook, where the majority of our marketing takes place. This customer pre-ordered 3 items from...

the new line, 2 of which were available quickly and were shipped to the customer. The 3rd was still being produced, but once it was ready, all pre-orders were filled. The final item in this customer's order was filled in full on June 21st and tracking shows all items were delivered. We strive to please all of our customers and give them correct and current information. We do have a support ticket system in place for handling any questions and would love to hear from this customer if there are any further concerns. It wasn't until last week that I received from the corporate office a link to file a report with the USPS. Again this didn't come from customer service but from corporate. I have already filed something with the USPS. Why can't the CEO help with this?  Just because I stated I was going to reach out to the Revdex.com that was a threat.  I have been very disappointed with my interactions with them but never have I threaten them.
