We offer replacement or refund if a promised item takes longer than 8 weeks to be delivered.  This time frame must elapse before this action can take place. The customer was offered a replacement or refund when their wait time exceeded 8 weeks.  All that is necessary is for the...

customer to reply with their name and order number which will allow us to determine the date of order, time elapsed, and amount to be refunded if that is their choice. If that occurred and the correct action was not taken then we will of course rectify that. It is not our policy to give both a refund and the missing item as shipping delays or postal loss are beyond our control.  Thank you for your consideration.

action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business did refund my credit card but not the full amount.  My credit card was charged $29.94 and I was only refunded $24.95.  There is a difference of $4.99 still that is owed to me.  Please have the business refund the remaining $4.99 to my credit card.
