spoke to [redacted].We also spoke to [redacted]n today 2-18-2016 at 10 am,She told us that the claim was paid on 2/4/2016 and that [redacted] should have received her check[redacted] said that if they did not receive payment [redacted] should contact her right away.Thank You[redacted]

I accept the resolution of my complain pending the full and complete repair of my vehicle. [redacted] has been very helpful in resolving this issue and I'm grateful for her assistance. Unfortunately, [redacted] was initially niformed regarding this matter.
