My son had been under care of Ladybird Academy at Lake Nona since he was month old till VPK Under the previous director (MsT***), there were many times that I got mixed up with direct debiting from my checking account, egduplicate charges, or overcharged tuition for the current rate)I complained to her each time; it took a long time and after many lies for her then to fix the mistakes And now with the new administration and the new director (MsPatricia M [redacted] ), it happened againMy son graduated from Ladybird Academy; however, the first week of school for my son at [redacted] , kindergarten grade, I still got direct debiting from Ladybird AcademyI called MsM [redacted] to report the mistake She told me that she will fix itI still have not got a refund from that school or its corporateI have called Corporate Office twice to let them know about the issueThe second time I called, MsK [redacted] spoke to me and told me that she had the refund check on her desk and she will mail it out that day (Thursday, Sept 24th)That check had never reached the post office! I would like to think that this is a business that deals with young children and teach them honesty, integrity, morale, responsibility, etcto shape them into future responsible American citizensI would like to see a good representative to set an example of role model for their young children to learn

I complained to her each time; it took a long time and after many lies for her then to fix the mistakes. And now with the new administration and the new director (Ms. Patricia M[redacted]), it happened again. My son graduated from Ladybird Academy; however, the first week of school for my son at [redacted], kindergarten grade, I still got direct debiting from Ladybird Academy. I called Ms. M[redacted] to report the mistake. She told me that she will fix it. I still have not got a refund from that school or its corporate.
