We have gotten very conflicting reports between our technician, ***, and the *** *** *** *** *** ***.On Nov11, 2016, *** was dispatched to check out the electric rangeThis range consists of burners and ovenIt is about years old and in pretty good Condition
The Customer's Complaint was that the burners do not regulate the heat properlyOur technician turned all the burners on for his testThey seemed to be cycling properly in his professional opinion.The use of factory service, as factory warranty was mis-used*** meant another opinion may be gotten from another appliance repair company or they could even call GE factory Service.On the date of Nov17, *** called the insurance Company and asked them to send a 2" opinion (another company), to check out Mrs***'s range, as he could not find any problems with the burner functions.We did not charge Ms*** any money, because we found no problem with the burnersWe also feel we are out of the loop, because we asked the insurance Company to offer another opinion to their Customer.In mid to late November, Mrand Mrs*** purchased a new range for their Thanksgiving dinnerThe year old range is gone, no way to re-check it out.I'm glad they felt they needed a new range, but Day's Appliance is not responsible for paying for itI'm Sorry for their inconvenience, but we found no problem with the burners, as to how they operated

Will proceed to Hamilton County Small Claims Court, and introduce pictures of my wife's finger laceration along with the shards of glass. [redacted] the technician, was made aware of both the glass and laceration.

[redacted]ToWhom it May Concern:Regarding the above mentioned claim, we have replaced the cooktop that was cracked at no cost to the customer and we replaced it in good faith ti) the customer since we don't think...

that we cracked it during the original repair. We ordered the part that was scratched and told the customer that we would hold him an appointment for today and that the owner of the company would be coming out with the tech to look at the situation. The tech left several messages and also stopped by-no one answered the phone or the door so the Lech left a magnet and moved on with his work.We fee! that we have done everything In our power to satisfy this Customer except to give him his money back.It took a while to receive the scratched board in since there was only 1 available, He has not returned any of our phone calls or the technician's calls, the one -time that we did get a hold of someone it was the son and he said he would tell his father that we called. One of the office personell told him that we would  set him and appointment and that we would call him which we did.Thank you for your time.George Day

We have the replacement panel on our truck ready to deliver and install at no charge. I have attempted to reach [redacted] on several occasions but have been unable to contact him. [redacted] has received a substantial amount of replacement product and service from Days Appliance at no cost to him so a refund is not warranted. Thank you. George DayDay's Appliance Service
