Re:ID# [redacted] ***ToWhom it May Concern:Regarding the above mentioned claim, we have replaced the cooktop that was cracked at no cost to the customer and we replaced it in good faith ti) the customer since we don't think that we cracked it during the original repairWe ordered the part that was scratched and told the customer that we would hold him an appointment for today and that the owner of the company would be coming out with the tech to look at the situationThe tech left several messages and also stopped one answered the phone or the door so the Lech left a magnet and moved on with his work.We fee! that we have done everything In our power to satisfy this Customer except to give him his money back.It took a while to receive the scratched board in since there was only available, He has not returned any of our phone calls or the technician's calls, the one -time that we did get a hold of someone it was the son and he said he would tell his father that we calledOne of the office personell told him that we would set him and appointment and that we would call him which we did.Thank you for your time.George Day

We have the replacement panel on our truck ready to deliver and install at no chargeI have attempted to reach [redacted] on several occasions but have been unable to contact him [redacted] has received a substantial amount of replacement product and service from Days Appliance at no cost to him so a refund is not warrantedThank youGeorge DayDay's Appliance Service
