Review: We are adding on to our house. In pouring our recent slab, we received 2 trucks of bad concrete, our work crew and third party pump supplier didn't want the stuff running in their machine. They added tons of water to it and still didn't help. On short notice we couldn't get another supplier to deliver, we were then held hostage and charge a half truck load more than our original bid to finish our slab with two new trucks of mix. Their equipment is not up to par and the quality issues are too great for residential customers to risk. Larger companies have more leverage to deal with these issues and get Lafarge to right their wrong but residential customers do not.Desired Settlement: Refund of $1,234.69, over charge on job.
