I received a Gift from Lafayette 148 for $148.00 , the code was valid from 11/**/15-12/**/15. When mu son attempted to order an item on December [redacted] using the promo code provided the web site said that the promo code was invalid. The office was closed at the time he tried to order online so the following day December [redacted] he tried calling during normal business hours. He could not get a customer service representative, he had to leave his name and my phone number and according the the message he would get a call back. Lafayette did not call back so my son tried to call on January [redacted] to talk to a customer service representative but still could not reach a anyone.

Review: On November **, 2015, I ordered a leather jacket from Lafayette 148's website. I never received my order. I contact Lafayette 148 by phone and email on November **, 2015, and they told me they would researched my order. They called me on November **, 2015, and I explained to the customer service representative (Anna) I had never received my order. She told me they would track my package. I never heard anything back from Lafayette 148. I called and emailed them again on December *, 2015. On December *, 2015, the customer service representative (Anna) sent me an email saying they had been unable to locate my package and would refund my money. To date, I have still not received a refund to my credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund ($499.00) issued to my credit card.
