Our complaint concerns a refund due us from Cellnetix Pathology & Laboratories due to overpayment of lab servicesThe following list is a summary of the events leading up to this complaintOn October 2, 2015, my wife, [redacted] went to her doctor { [redacted] and had a couple lab tests done by CellnetixOn November 4, 2015, we received an invoice in the mail # [redacted] $for the two Cellnetix servicesStatements on the invoice said that payment was due in full by November 16, or a monthly service fee of $would be chargedOn November 4, 2015, not knowing how much our insurance would pay and wanting to avoid the monthly service fees, we mailed the $to CellnetixOur check number is ***, which they have cashedOn November 9, 2015, I noticed that Cellnetix had the incorrect insurance listedThey had Aetna and it needed to be GEHAAt 12:PM I cal

This company took over months to alert me that my health insurance no longer had a contract with them and that there was a possibility that I might owe them moneyI promptly wrote a letter asking why I was hearing about this months laterThey never respondedEventually they sent me a bill and I sent in a paymentStapled to the front was another request for an explanation for the delay - and letting them know that the delay meant I was unable to use my health flexible benefits plan to pay the balance dueCharges not covered by my insurance are exactly what I have the flexible benefits plan for - but I have to use the funds in a plan yearAgain, they did not respondI sent in another payment and called today to ask for an explanation and make a payment planI was informed that they can bill me up to a year after the service and that if I didn't set up a payment plan directly through them that they would charge me a monthly feeIt sounded like a supervisor had the authority t

I have called the company multiple times to try and correct a billing issue without resolutionI have followed up with my insurance company who processed and paid the claim in part and my doctor's office who also reached out to CellNetixCellNetix, without fail, has failed to locate the billGiven that insurance companies don't typically make payments to pathologists without some kind of invoice from the pathology company, I find it hard to believe that CellNetix has no record of this transactionMy doctor had a completely wrong address on file when they supplied my tissue sample to CellNetix for testing, and I assume they passed that wrong address over to CellNetix, hence the reason I haven't received a bill in the mailI can see my personal responsibility under the claims listed on my insurance company's website, which is how I know what is owedI have done my due diligence in reporting the amount that I owe to CellNetix on multiple occasions, but they have provided no avenue f

This is regarding a bill for my wifes lab work*** ***) I received a bill from Cellnetix what I thought was my portion, for $which I paid on 03/17/Then I received another, thinking my payment and their billing didn't sync I didn't thing anything about it until I received another bill from themI then noticed that they hadn't run it through my insuranceIt then took 7months multiple phone calls and hand delivering the bill to my insurance to get them paidProcessed on 08/26/my portion being $I then received another bill still showing it unpaid, so I called them They said that they couldn't find the paymentSo I told them the process date, They put me on hold came back said they had found the payment but not for as much as I had said and that they are no longer in my insurance network and that I owe them another $( the amount I gave them was the pre-negotiated price on my insurance statement) So I told them I had seen a story on my local n

Basically their billing is confusing and calling them is not helpful They were unable to clarify the discrepancy of their billing vs the claims I received from my insurance company This long process to figure out the billing could have been avoided if their billing department could better explain the charges Once I was able to figure out the issue I paid in full, but Cellnetix only waived $of $of late fees I guess something is better than nothing

This business sent me to collections for a bill that was never sent to meTheir billing department should be required to send an invoice for bills but instead outsources it to the Audit & Adjustment company based in Lynwood, WAThis 3rd party does not have the original invoice from CellNetix and yet I owe moneyHow can I pay a bill that I never received? I will gladly pay the bill if they can show the invoice for the amount owed, but the company has yet to furnish a copy of this

same billing issues as other customers have previously mentioned very unprofessional so far -- almost impossible to contact by phone to request resolution for now I must assess a negative rating for this business which smacks of improprieties in duplicate billing -- again, at least so far

Contacted Cellnetix in June after we received a call from *** * *** **that we owed $for a Cellnetix bill from July When I spoke to *** * *** **they indicated that they could not provide me a copy of the Cellnetix bill but that I should have known to call Cellnetix when I received the EOB in I explained that the EOB did not have any identifying/contact information on it except for the company's name, and I always wait and expect a bill I pay all of my bills promptly, but generally wait for the actual bill to arrive *** * *** ** said they would send me an invoice from them in the mail (which was never received) When I called Cellnetix, they said a bill was sent in 2016, which I never received They offered to confirm that the billing office in Texas had the correct address, and they did have the correct address It is hard to believe that both the invoice and bill were lost in the mail And assuming there were multiple p

Cellnetix has been overcharging me for servicesFor example, Cellnetix sent me a bill for one day of service that was 8x what my insurance states I owe CellnetixThis is one of multiple bills for multiple days of service where the billing has been incorrect and Cellnetix has overcharged meI have tried to contact Cellnetix via their website, I have emailed them via my own personal email, I have called them and spoken about this issue with a customer service representative, and I have contacted the Washington State Attorney General's office and they were unable to do anythingCellnetix claims they can't find the claim numbers for the bills I'm reportingThat makes no sense because they can't create a bill unless they have a claim describing the charge and you don't have a claim without a claim number

Cellnetix states they sent me two bills for the labwork done at my annual pap smear/wellness examYet they sent them to the wrong unit number as well as to the wrong city so I never received themHowever, the only reason they were sending a bill is that they did not use my private insurance information (unless my primary Dr., who is a naturopath, failed to provide it) They stated that 'after two bills are sent if payment is not received we send to collections.' I received no voicemails nor bills from *** * *** in Lynnwetix gave
I am glad that I did not go back to the naturopath office that uses Cellnetix for the wellness exam or I would risk this all a second year in a row
Hood WashingtonFortunately a staff member at Cellnetix stated that they just needed my health insurance information and then they could 'get back' the account from the debt collection agency because the address was wrongMy naturopath states that they have the correct address, not the incorr

Greetings, I'm an unemployed military veteran with no income & healing from multiple leg & foot fractures & surviving on a dwindling savings accountOn or about January 21st 2015, I was treated at "Swedish Hospital" in Seattle Washington for potential prostate cancerAt the time I had blood work & I also had full medical coverage thru Premera Blue CrossApparently Cellnetix ( Blood Work People) must be contracted with Swedish hospitalMy insurance covered the med visit & I also paid for a portion not coveredTwo months later I lost my job & my insurance but my medical insurance was good thru most of April 2015.Still unaware of any business called Cellnetix, my Insurance company was NEVER BILLED by themThat was close to three months AFTER my hospital visitNow moving forward & "EIGHT MONTHS" after my hospital visit & to my surprise, I received a bill from Cellnetix dated 9/16/in the amount of $Thru a little research, I discovered it w

I got two bills sent directly collection without any notificationI never received an invoiceOne for $and the other for $

I continue to receive incorrect bills in the mail in which I have been double-billed for a procedure that occurred in November My insurance company has already paid for this work but it denied the second attempt at billing for the same proceduresI have contacted my insurer, who in turn contacted Cellnetix and I was assured on the phone by Cellnetix customer service that it would be correctedEven a cursory glance at the two accounts would show the same procedures occurring on the same daySince speaking to Cellnetix with my insurer I have received two more unamended billsIf the billed procedures were legitimate my insurer would have covered themI have not had a lapse in insurance and there is no other scenario possible for these procedures being denied

On 6/28/I contacted Cellnetix regarding a refund that was due back to me for an over payment on my accountThe refund was confirmed and I was advised by Yolanda it would be sentI again made a follow up call on 7/27/to see where the refund was and again assured by Gabby that it had been requested and would be released soonOn 8/31/still no refund I spoke with Shelby again being advised it would be sentI asked to have a supervisor please call and follow up she assured me she would leave them a message and I should be receiving a call backNo one calledOn 9/7/I called again and spoke with Melissa and was unable to be given a answer as to why my refund had not been sent and that a supervisor would get back in touch with me still no call back9/9/spoke with Alexa same thing assured a supervisor would get back to me still did not happen9/22/spoke with Abigail she said the refund was actually going to be issued that day9/30/spoke with Nancy as no payment had
