I am rejecting this response because:On the application it only mentions the deposits. Never does it say that you are entitled to rent money. $200 deposits is to be held. $599 is my rent money that I nor did anyone as of a matter a fact never occupied the unit. When I spoke to [redacted] she said you guys were charging me for carpet cleaning days I never occupied the unit and for cleaning the restroom. [redacted] was a witness to that conversation. Under Texas Law it is your responsibility to cleaned the unit for normal wear and tear. If the unit was a mess when I returned the keys that is because that's how I received it. The mother of my children only questioned them because I was still looking at the filty unit you gave me. I am entitled to my rent money which is the $599.

residents in question were issued two parking permits for each of their vehicles and they signed our Parking Permit Registration Form (copies attached). The residents were both issued a permit for each car. Please note item number 15 of the form signed by resident. "You agree if you change or sell your vehicle that you must remove the parking permit from the vehicle being sold and notify the management office of the change. There will be a $50.00 Fee if parking permit is not returned at move out." The resident switched vehicles and did not remove their parking permit and notify the management office so we could issue a replacement parking permit for new vehicle. Although they did not return the parking permit I issued the resident a new permit at no cost even though it's our right to charge $50.00 as per Parking Permit Registration Form. The resident's vehicle was towed because they parked their vehicle in designated areas for residents with parking permits. The resident came to my office to inform me that they had parked their vehicle in our visitor parking spaces which do not require permits and that they were towed. I called our towing company regarding this situation and they emailed me a picture of the resident's vehicle clearly not in visitor parking as the parking spaces are stenciled. Sincerely, [redacted]

You refuse to return my $599 for carpet cleaning and days I stayed there oh and my I mention for the restroom cleaning that apparently you had to do after vacating the unit. Upon receiving the unit it was a filth. I should not be charged for that.

[redacted] April 13, 2015 [redacted] I am faxing a copy of Mr. [redacted] application reflecting no spouse or other occupants. The second page of the application "Contemplated Lease Contract Information"...

Acknowledgment: section stating "You understand that if you do not meet our rental selection criteria or if you fail to answer any question or give false information, we may reject the application, retain all application fees, administrative fees and deposits as liquidated damages for our time and expense, and terminate your right of occupancy. In this letter of complaint Mr. [redacted] states "The mother to my children questioned the maintenance." Mr. [redacted] had moved in his wife and children into the one bedroom apartment thus falsifying his application and lease contract. As per both our lease contract and contemplated lease contract, we terminated his right of occupancy and all monies went to liquidated expenses. Thank you, [redacted]
