"letter-spacing: -2.55pt;"> concern, This letter is for case number ***Mr*** was on our last shuttle of the day going to O'Hare airportThis customer boarded at our first pick up location where he had a reserved seatOn our busy days we have customers who call and ask to be added to an already full vanWe let them know that they are welcome to show up and pay in cash just on the oft chance an already paid customer doesn't show*** probably being a gentleman gave up his seat to let someone else use itWe do allow standing room on our vehicles just like all other public transportation companiesWe are also not required to have seat belts,just like all other public transportation companiesIf *** was not happy with his ride he could have called here and we would have helped him by putting a credit on his account for a future rideI did speak to the driver and he told me that he was merely letting *** know that riding in the back was an optionIf he didn't feel safe again, he could have called the office and we would have tried to get the driver another vehicle to useWe can't help if we don't know we have an issueYour letter is the first communication we have received from Mr***On our reservation page it clearly states that no refunds are givenMr*** did receive a safe ride to the airport so therefore we will not be issuing a refundI am sending a copy of his ticket with the cancellation/refund policy highlightedBecause we are not a part of the Revdex.com I am answering this purely as a courtesyDonna W***

This letter is for case ID number [redacted]Let me explain our policy just like Idid to Mr[redacted]Once a ticket is purchased online, that ticket is non-refundableThe customer has to agree to the terms and conditions before proceeding to the payment pageIn the case of the customer missing our shuttle, we will, on occasion credit their account the amount of the ticketOur tickets also say, not responsible for failure to make a flight connection meaning we will not pay for any taxisI also confirmed that our driver did the route on the 27th of November, I can only guess that Mr[redacted] was not in the correct place for pick up that dayOur shuttle has a very tight schedule to keep and they don't have time to go search for custome.rs that are not where they are supposed to beOur private airport service will do that for $Our manager works during the day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays , due to her husband, who is the owner, having brain cancer, she has designated others in the office to act on her behalf when she is not in the officeI am the person assigned to handle small complaintsWhen [redacted] was transferred to me, I apologized profusely and told him that I would credit his account for all his troublesHe did not appreciate my offer and got quite obnoxious with meAfter arguing with him over the same issues Iinformed him of our cancellation I refund policy again and let him know that the credit is the best I can doI politely said goodbye and hung up I am sending a copy of his ticket with the cancellation I refund policy highlighted
