I just picked up my new vehicle last night from My Car and I was completely impressed by how "brand new" they made my vehicle look. The interior was SPOTLESS. This is the first time that I have bought a used vehicle but I certainly will continue to purchase my vehicles from My Car Richmond from now on. My sales guy was James M[redacted]. He was very thorough, never pushy and made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything before I drove off the lot. He definitely is not the typical "used car salesman". Highly recommend him.

They were more than fair with my trade-in which I thought was great. They took the time to explain the warranties and the loan process and even researched the banks to get me the best rate. The "care package" with the coupons was a surprising bonus too. Awesome touch.
