The first letter was not received or current Company did not forward the information from Revdex.com for this matter. The Leasing Office is still in the same location. The new company has all of the information on approved applicants. As of February 1, we were still in the office and
no one came in

I have been living at this location for months and every summer the air conditioning goes out They will come out and charge the ac up and add some freon which is only a temporary fix This week the temperature is suppose to be around degrees which will be unbearable Also, last year there was much rain and the roof collapsed on tenant above me and the water drained from his apartment down to mine I have requested that they place me in another apartment but they would have to charge me for a termination fee of $for them not fulfilling on their terms of the lease

Me and my boyfriend applied for an Apartments at this facility back in December we was we where approved in January we just needed a deposit we both took a loan out and gathered up the $we was told we needed and also ask to come in on February 1st to take a look at the apartmentWhen we arrived we got word that there was new management of the rental complex and they where packing up there things and moving no letter of warning phone calls to inform us where our personal information was being held at or taking to like our identification and the landline is no longer available what do we do

There may be a spider on occasion; it is a basement with little activity. Upon receipt of complaint from Revdex.com on July 20, 2015, two maintenance personnel were dispatched to complainant's residence due to not having any record of additional issues since repair of the roof. Resident was home when maintenance personnel arrived at the residence. Resident was asked whether there were any remaining issues and/or complaints and if all repairs had been made to the resident's satisfaction. The resident stated everything was fine and repaired to their satisfaction.
