Review: we ordered two chairs from them online. We ordered 2 [redacted] Chairs in the color Taupe. We received 2 [redacted] Chairs in the color cappucino/latte. I have emailed the company four times to try and return the wrong product and have not heard back. there was NO packing slip in the box. The box that arrived was the box from the manufacturer and inside the only paper was the instructions to put the chairs together. I can not locate a phone number for the company anywhere. The one listed on the Revdex.com website was not active when I called. Our order number is [redacted] and the purchase price is $269.99. I would like to return the chairs and get my money back or get the correct chairs. I have not reversed the charges on my visa but am wondering if I need to do that?Desired Settlement: Either return the chairs and get my money back or get the correct chairs.

Review: I put in an order with Lafayhome.com on September 9th, 2013 for a sofa and was charged $765.99 on that day. I provided my shipping address and a phone number with the order. I was notified when it was shipped and that I would receive a phone call for the delivery to be scheduled within a few weeks. One and a half months later I still had not received a phone call. There was no number searchable to contact Lafayhome.com. I wrote to [email protected] (address provided on their site) but did not receive a response or any further information. I contacted the shipping companies and they notified me that there was no information provided on a phone number to which I can be contacted or the correct shipping address. I was told that it had been returned and shipped back to Lafayhome and that I should have received a reimbursement for the $765.99. I did not received the reimbursement and I wrote to [email protected] again asking for the reimbursement. I did not receive a response or any further information. It's now been several days later and I have written a couple times trying to reach Lafayhome.com but still no response. The phone number that I have found through online searches and that they indicate as a contact number is the number for another service (non-related to lafayhome.com). They themselves have said that they have been trying to reach Lafayhome for a long time trying to get them to change the phone number listed online but Lafayhome is very difficult to reach.I would be very happy if I could just receive the reimbursement for the $765.99. I don't have to have my sofa delivered, I just want to have this resolved and be reimbursed. Thank you.Desired Settlement: As I have not received my sofa purchase and I have found out through Lafayhome's shipping company that it has been returned back to Lafayhome without my consent, I would like to be reimbursed for the $765.99 original value of the sofa.

Review: I ordered a product from this company on November 8. I have sent multiple emails to their advertised email address seeking information about my order. No response. And (shockingly) they have no phone number on their website. I found out that they had charged my card and then reversed it (both without telling me). And of course I never received the product I ordered. Had to change my credit card number when credit card company informed me that they had no number for this company either ! Consumers beware. I believe this company is a scam.Desired Settlement: I don't believe there is a current charge and I've changed my card number but want Revdex.com to be aware of this company.

Review: On Sept 30, 2013 I ordered the [redacted] Leather Ottoman with Shelf on Lafayhome's website. On Oct 2nd I received an email that the item was on backorder til mid October. It is now mid November & I have attempted 3 emails to Lafayhome with no response. It seems that I haven't been charged for the item yet, but all I want to know is whether they anticipate the item ever coming in or not. If not, I want to cancel the order & begin looking for something else. They list no phone number on their website. I will never shop this company again!Desired Settlement: All I want is some communication! 3 emails to them with no response. No phone number listed to contact them. What kind of business is this? I just want information & to move forward by either canceling the order or getting an update on whether the item may come in at some point.

Review: Contacted [redacted]@lafayhome.com FIVE times requesting status of order with NO response.

I have contacted lafayhome.com via the only contact information given on their website, at [redacted]@lafayhome.com FIVE times with NO response, requesting shipping status regarding my order. Per the website, it states large furniture items ship within 5 business days of the order. It has been 10 days with no reply and no shipping notification. The whole reason I chose to buy the bed from this website is because they clearly state that the bed is in-stock. If an item is not in-stock, it shouldnt state that it is. I contacted [redacted]@lafayhome.com again, yesterday, to notify them that if I do not receive a reply from them in any capacity, that I would formally file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I did not receive a reply, and this is my formal complaint, in hopes of receiving a FULL REFUND as soon as possible.

Thank you. Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the amount of $642.19. I paid via Paypal and would like the money refunded back into the paypal account ASAP.

along with opening a complaint with the Revdex.com, I also filed a complaint with paypal. within a week, I was fully refunded my money with no comment.

Review: Ordered a chandelier on Feb 28/2014 - received an order confirmation immediately and Paypal payment was accepted. I was advised that another email would provide shipment confirmation. No confirmation or tracking # was received for 2 weeks, so I placed a dispute with Paypal. I then received a credit memo, but Lafayhome charged me an "adjustment fee" of more than $6.00... PLUS I lost $20+ on the CDN/US currency exchange on the refund. No explanation was offered at any time as to why my purchase was no honoured. Shady...Desired Settlement: Either an immediate shipment of the item ordered OR a refund on the $26.00 lost, due to the adjustment fee charged + loss on the currency exchange on the refund + and explanation on why they item was not shipped, and no communication offered.
