At the time I was unable to offer her a refund, as it must be approved by our[redacted], who was out-of-town on business. Once he returned and I explained the situation, he denied the request for a refund, citing the length of time the product was held(over 2 years) and the time period that lapsed since the discovery of the product issue(1 year), and we offered a replacement for the items. In the second phone call I received she had told me they discovered the problem a year earlier, but for some reason did not contact us at that time for resolution. They again refused the offer of replacement and said they would only accept a refund for the products. Our [redacted] ended up talking with her directly, and they decided to accept a replacement of the products. On October, 24th we sent out a full replacement for these items. I am attaching the invoice for the products sent, as well as the  POD for the order. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
