Yes, indeed the bed arrived to us almost 2 weeks later than the anticipated date. The original agreement is they would pick it up. Because of the delay, we offered to bring it half way, they agreed. The day we were to deliver it they said it would be difficult for them to Facilitate that. They asked...

us to bring it all the way at our expense. I agreed to do it but, that days schedule would not allow us the extra time it would take and I asked to reschedule , still at no charge. In the process of trying to schedule, they gave us an unreasonable deadline to go that far. They said they purchased another bed. They demanded a full refund. I agreed again, and asked them to call me with the card number. They just called Monday with a credit card number, we refunded them 100%. I do not understand this  complaint. Yes, I still have the product. I also did not charge them for a restocking fee, which was stated in our policy. I feel I've done everything I've been asked. That being said it does it does pain me not to satisfy a customer and I'm indeed sorry I wasn't able to do so. The request for a free bed and delivery just seems a bit extreme. I feel this matter has been resolved with refund, and I will just out the bed on the sales floor to be sold.
