Review: My name is [redacted]. My fiance [redacted] purchased $287.00 worth of items for my birthday and it totaled 312. 74 after taxes and shipping fees on March 14, 2014 at 21:13:54 PDT. I bought a lana laced dressed, $69.00, short set jumpsuit,$69.00, revealing jumpsuit for $69.00, bodied jumpsuit $39.00, and a bodice cross dress for $29.00 all in small. Receipt number [redacted] Since its for my bday I rechecked the sizing chart and noticed that smalls are sized between 4-6 petitie sizes so immediately emailed [email protected] the same day, march 14 at 1121pm about changing the sizes to mediums and I explained how it was for my bday on April 1. She emailed me back saying that she could change the sizes. Ever since then I been emailing her about a tracking number and I did not get a tracking number until march 29. My items finally arrived on march 31 except for the lana laced dress. I emailed laflossyglam to notify them that I had not received my lana laced dress and that I needed to send back the short set body suit and both the jumpsuit that was listed above because they were too big. I apologized and ask for a small in those and I notfied them about me sending them back. I sent them back the same day. I have email after email about confirming the arrival of the items I sent back. She emailed me back may 12 abput not receiving the items. So I let her know the order name was [redacted] and not in my name. I been emailing her from my email address and she was confused thinking the order was in my name. She found the items and gave me a credit for 192.93 on june 4. I was upset from the lack professionalism and customer service because it took her so long to email me back and respond the numerous times I emailed her. I have proof. I purchased more items and even payed an extra 25.00 for items on june 5th. total came up to 206 after fees. I kept emailing her after that about my items. Then I received an email june 29 saying my items departed the facilty. No items still!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for 206. I been extremely patient with this business and is totally not satisfied! I ordered my items in march and only recived 2 items.

I have not been contacted by this company. In July the owner did send the customers including me that they was in the process of moving because of flood damage. So I would not know of that was true and I don't know the new location if they did move. I'm assuming it's still has to be located in the same state.

Review: Placed an order with merchant on 7/9/14 contacted vendor within 14days. Vendor provided a faulty tracking # from USPS [redacted]. There have been no movement. USPS stated it was only a printed label never was delivered. Merchant provided a screenshot of a different tracking # and stated the package was delivered. I am current dispute of this item all for $72.30Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because I never received the item.

Review: I ordered CC Leg warmers from this boutique on 8/19/14. I understood this was a preorder item and that it would take up 14 days after shipping to be delivered to me. On September 8, 2014, the item was shipped and the tracking number provided says it was delivered on September 10, 2014. However, I did not receive this item. I called and placed a dispute with USPS and I also called this business to try and resolve the issue. The business made it seem as if I was scamming them and placed a claim against me on paypal, saying she shipped the item to me. USPS provided me proof of the shipping label with my tracking number but the name and address on the label did not belong to me. I shared this information with this business via email and voicemail, no response. [redacted] with USPS, also contacted this business but was unable to reach them or get a return call. I do not want this to happen to another person. Paypal was also unable to provide a refund because seller proved item was delivered to my city/state/zip but not delivered to me. Please don't allow this to happen to another customer!!Desired Settlement: I would like this item shipped to me, at my home address, not to a friend of the seller or a family member. Not to anyone that lives in the same area as me, but shipped DIRECTLY TO ME!! I will be taking a trip to Denver, Co. soon and I ordered this item specifically for that trip. If the Revdex.com is in need of the shipping label information that I received from USPS, it can be provided.

Review: I ordered a dress from Laflossglam Boutique on their website I Paid $70.11 for the dress which $39 was supposed to be for next day ship they promised me I will get it the next day I never received it! I spoke to someone from their store by the name of Kennedy she stated she was sending it out while I was on the phone with her and she never did. She never gave me a tracking number or anything she promised to email it to me never did! Every time I call her now she don't even pick up I guess because she knows my number.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund!

Review: I placed my order September 11th, its n I November and I still don't have my order. The company says the sent it out to the wrong address bc it had the wrong name on it. When I called them they say they can't give me my money until they get their product. They already have their product. This company is a scam

Review: I ordered from them in approximately Septemeber and my order was sent to the wrong place. I called and had them ship it somewhere else and I never received a order comfirmation. Another month goes by and I still haven't heard from them nor did I receive an email or phone call from them. I called again and demanded a refund and the representative told me she will donit right away and I never got an email or my refund. I've left several comments on their Instagram page, I've emailed them and now I cant get them to return my phone calls. We are in the month of December and I called two weeks ago and was told I would be getting rwfunded but the problem is my order is still apart of their old bank account. They never put my order in with the new account. Now I don't have the money I paid to them or my items. I have been calling for three days and can't get an answer. This is out of hand.Desired Settlement: I would like for my money to be refunded and my item should still be delivered due to the unsatisfactory customer service, lack of communication and the failure to conduct business properly. They should have over turned all of their orders to the new account.
