I ordered two fuel filters totaling $149.89 USD from this company which is supposed to be based in the US on the 16th April, 2020 at 08:28 AM HST. I requested a cancellation of this order due to non shipment on 22 April, 2020 at 05:45 AM HST. At 6:00 PM HST I received an email stating that they would cancel the order. prior to the vendor's printing of a shipping label. 3 hours after the refund was authorized, a pre-shipment label was printed from Covington CA (at almost 12:00 PM California time!). I again requested a refund in which I received a response that they would refund my order. Now on the 30th of April, the vendor has printed yet another shipping label and asked me to wait even longer for the items (which were cancelled). It is obvious that this company is a straw company and their shipments are actually coming from China and then being trans-shipped from the US. The practices are deceptive and the fact that they still have not refunded my money is disturbing to say the least!
