I had my trane heat pump serviced today after purchasing it in august The technician who did the complimentary check found the problem right away I found him to be very mannerly, thorough in explaining the problem to me, and in a manner in which I could understand from a lay point, and not a technician level of understanding He was very respectful of my carpet, even though I told him he did not have to put on his booties to protect it, as we were getting ready to change it out, but he did so any way I don't know if names are allowed, but to Cape Fear A/C and heating, in Fayetteville, N.C., this person's first name is Steve, and he serviced my heat pump on 1-12-15, so you can check the records and know whom I am speaking of In other words, I am well pleased with the technician and now my new heat pump, since the problem has been found, and we now feel much warmer Keep up the good work Cape Fear God bless
Cape Fear Heating and Air-conditioning Company Inc., what can I say about them; well, I will not tell you things that might be importantThings like, they thoroughly cleaned up their mess each day, took precautions to not damage our home, didn't smoke, didn't play loud music, didn't use profanity or speak loudly on the job siteI will not mention their professionalism in appearance and in speech! All that might be important to some, that they go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfactionBut that is not truly what potential customers wish to hear or knowThe truth is that this company offered reasonable pricing and are experts in their field and the equipment they supplyThey are, in a word, exceptional! To not offer yourself the opportunity to have this company do a site visit, quote you a price, and then do the required job would be to deny yourself the best service possibleYou would be nuts not to give these professionals a call! Our satisfaction with their work is without end, and I will recommend these folks every chance I get because they are a good company with knowledgeable and decent folks Before I had my entire system replaced, I surveyed several companies over a three-year period; including them, and no other local or out of town company within a 50-mile radius came close
