# RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] - [redacted] To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] came to our office on January 21, 2014, as a new patientShe was a very disgruntled patient from her previous dentistShe tried to get us to write a letter to her previous dentist about her complaints and dislikes about her dental work they had doneWe declined to get involvedKnowing Ms [redacted] was a very hard patient to please we began her dental work with caution and explaining every detail before we proceeded forwardWe have attempted to please Ms [redacted] in every way possibleWe have offered to re do dental work she was not happy with at no charge, but she continues to cancel her appointments for her re do work (at no charge)We have attempted to make her a Mandibular Removal Partial Denture, but due to cancelled and postponed dental appointments on Ms ***'s account we have not been able to get needed impressions for our lab in a timely manner to finish partialWith so many attempts to please this patient and no compliance on her part or not timely compliance, we would be happy to refund her Care Credit Card (this is the credit card [redacted] paid with) on her filling and her Mandibular Removal Partial Denture We will be refunding her credit card within the next 5-business days and suspend any dental work in progressWe will also be sending Ms [redacted] a letter releasing her as our patient in hopes that she can find a dentist that will please herWe wish this patient the best of luck in the future with her dental health and needs It is our top priority in our dental practice to give all patients the best dental care possibleWe take pride in the services we offer and are proud to help our patients maintain exceptional oral hygiene and dental health Thanks, Dr [redacted] and Staff
