2nd of all, our ad clearly states that deposits are non-refundable and also states that each pup will be seen by our vet prior to pick up so this person stating that I refused to take the pup to a vet is a lieIf this person truly took the picture to a vet and they determined that it is mange or needed immediate medical attention based on a picture of a small spot is just another fabrication from this personHis text clearly says otherwise that his vet could not determine anything with out seeing the pupI also offered this buyer the option to switch to the other pup not even in this litter but he refused
This person has went out of his way to plaster me on different internet sites and stating the same none truths as he has with youI never refused to take a pup to the vet as all of our pups are seen by our vet before leavingA man named *** *** is not raising or has anything to do with these Newfie pups and not sure where or why he keeps stating thatHe states that there are stories that my pups have had mange, parvo and giardia in the past which is also another lieI have had an issue with giardia here and there but it is a very common belly parasite in a pup and very easily treatableI also have a prevention as part of our protocol but it is not a 100% and also depends on the buyer and helping keep the new puppy away from potential affected areas until the new pup has been able to adjust or transition to their new environment
This person has also stated that our pups are kept in deplorable conditions and is yet another lie of hisOur pups are very well taken care of and if he really thought that then he would not have placed the deposit to reserve the pupWe also sent new pictures each week to keep him fully updated with his pup
I do not run or have other websites at hooveracres.com or *** This person has also harassed me on paypal and I had to call and file a complaint to help stop his harassmentIn one day alone he requested a *** payment times and over times on a previous dayHe has left these comments on at least different sites and his complaints or reviews are all full of lies and only shows his mental state is clearly unstableI tried to call this person to help settle in the beginning but he only yelled and screamed and cursed at me and anytime I tried to talk he told me to "shut up and listed, I am the customer" I did try to resolve the issue but there is no reasoning with a person like thisHe refuses to listen, reason and only makes up lies to try and get what he wants

Along with being the breeder of over different dogs, I have shown the proof that she is a fraud in my attachmentsNow If being persistent in having my money returned to me from a con-artist, then so be it, I guess I am mentally unstableBut I highly doubt she has the credentials to diagnose someone with mental ailmentsI did however tell her to shut up, but I don't recall telling her to "Listed." Now as far as the deplorable conditions, you as the customer aren't allowed to see how the parents live, or check the temperamentThis is unlike a real breeder who welcome you to see how the temperament of the parents areIt isn't to protect the dogs that she keeps them from the customer, she is hiding the true nature in which the dogs are kept
She wont provide health papers prior to a contract being signed and she refuses complete transparency hoping the year health guarantee goes by without any issuesShe would not have the dogs shipped into a shell farm without kennels if there wasn't anything to hideI know this because other breeders we have spoken with vouch for itI Will only accept my *** dollars in responseI have kids to feed and a dog to provide themI refuse to give my a dog of lesser qualityMy standards as a customer are much higher than hers as a sellerI didn't say breeder because she is the furthest thing from it

AGAIN this person came to my home, asked all and as many questions as they choose and seen and spent time with all three puppies that were availableAGAIN I offered another pup not even related to the litter that originally placed a deposit on and he refusedWhich is fine but my ad clearly states NON-REFUNDABLE so the option of refunding his deposit is clearly just not an optionI NEVER refused to take the pup to the vet and in-fact we take all of our pups to the vet before leaving so this person is only lying again saying that I refusedI do have select breeds in guardian homes and fully explained this while they were visiting the available puppiesI did not lie about the issue on the pups paw, I actually showed it to him and let him know that it was being treatedHe is the one that stated it was mange from looking at a pictureHe continues to state lies about me and ask for a refund when our add clearly states non-refundable
He came to my home, spoke with me, visited with the puppies and still placed a deposit on a pup so obviously he did not feel uncomfortable while at my home and did not see deplorable conditions and did not feel uneasy about me as a breeder or the pup or he CLEARLY would not have left a deposit on the pupHe backed out shortly before pick up so either they changed their mind or the finances were no longer available and wants to blame it on meThe spot on the pups paw is completely healed and thriving in a new forever homeNo mange!
