Review: Scheduled an appointment for hair color/subtle highlights, Saturday 2/7/15. Ended up with a full head of highlights, that were greenish. When I asked about it at that home she said to wait 3 days or so and it will look better. I went home and it looked worse. I went back the next day to have it fixed- I wanted it all one color at that point. [redacted] said it would be easy to fix. But it wasn't. Instead of covering the highlights, she wanted to do something else. My hair is now red with dark brown and medium brown and splotches of highlight that was not covered, and my roots are over developed copper/ brass color. I am embarrassed to have my hair like this.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund so that I can pay to go have someone else fix my hair before an up coming business conference in which I represent a company and need to look professional.
