next appointment but, all of a sudden things got out of control when she called her insurance regarding coverage on fillings  She never spoke to us again and never gave us the opportunity to resolve and or explain her insurance to her.We reached out to her by email and phone . The day of her visit we took  X-rays and did an exam and since she was due for teeth cleaning we cleaned her teeth as well. .We scheduled her in a few days for further evaluation of her crown. Shestated one was loose but we could not detect which one. Patient had two crowns next to each other and neither were loose that day and we did not want to further damage it.  She did not show up or cancel her appointment even though we require 48 hrs advance notice.She Went on yelp and gave me a 1 star. And, filed with Revdex.com.She has been doing this to many people. 43 negative reviews  ( 1 star) and another 7 of 2 stars. Total of 50 negative reviews! She does this on a daily and weedily basis and when businesses reach out to her she gets mad and repost the reviews every 2-3 days.  She reposted mine 4 times already. And as soon as I reached out to her to resolve the Revdex.com matter, she turned around and reposted the negative review one more time.  So far I have 4 (1 star )review by Miss [redacted].For that reason we stopped reaching out to her .I can provide you copies of many of her negative  yelp reviews per your request.Miss *. is saying we tell  patients that they have cavities. I went to school for so many years to detect teeth problems and its my duty to inform patients .Different Dentists see things differently because , Dentistry is an art and a science .It depends on the doctor's intuition , where they got their training , the technology they use and pure experience. I use magnification and a special camera which can help me detect decay when they are very small.. Another dentist may want to observe the  same thing and fix it when it gets bigger .  This is a decision that patients have to make .Many patients will  get second opinions and pick doctors they are comfortable with .Miss W sought a second opinion and they charged her $1 for what I usually charge $50 or more.  Every office has their own fees and I can not Imagine services were rendered for $1.  Unfortunately due to Privacy ACT I could not respond to her comments on internet , all I could do was to apologize and ask her to contact our office to resolve this matter..   Miss [redacted] uses a nickname on line and we had difficulty finding out who she was ( [redacted] lover , with the senator's picture and a US flag )We have called and apologized many times to a point that we felt we were  being disrespectful to ourselves.   Miss [redacted] updates her yelp review and states she cares less about my reputation.   Any business owner would care about his/ her reputation and that is why I reached out to her. Not because I did anything wrong.In addition I would like to add that Miss * is disclosing other patient's information on internet. Which is a HIPPA Violation.If a caretaker decides to stay in the waiting room it's their business ,As healthcare providers we do not interfere with those decisions specially if the patient wants it that way.
