Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I agree that I did sign that document, but it does not change the fact that nothing was smoked in the room and there is absolutely no evidence of that The agreement did not state I was unable to roll a joint to smoke elsewhere which is exactly what I did, and I demonstrated that to the staff when they came in the room There was not one iota of ash to be found in the room and no smoke present in the room at any point, and again, there is zero evidence that proves these accusations to be true It is not just to charge an exorbitant fee with no proof of the wrongdoing besides the words of employees who said one thing to me, and another to the management Regards, [redacted] ***

The proof is:• Otler guesb complaints on the awftd smel from his room.Lodge staff members confirming the terrible smoke smell in his room.• The fact that it took us three days to air out the room to get the smoke smell out of it.
