Review: This business NorCal Natural Healthcare did not explain the complete process of their business financial charges. Dr.[redacted] make a verbal presentation so complicated and on top of that she let me signed so much paper to fill-up and sign and with out explanation you are being place to a Loan to pay her. A week after I saw her, I received a Billing Statement that I was approved for a Loan and the HC processing Co. a credit loan bank have sent the payment in full to Dr. [redacted],DC. After a couple of session I told Dr. [redacted] that I don`t want to continue the program.But she talk to buy me in, because the program is fully paid she said there is no way to reverse or refund the $6,00.00 that she got. While I was being charged by the HC processing, I made a call to Dr. [redacted] to show me the charges that she made out of the $6,00.00, so she send me a break down of charges. Case evaluation $3560.00 / Office Visits / Dr. time $2392.00 so a total charges of $5952.00 a re-fund of $48.00 dollars to be sent to me . I totally disagree on this charges and I want Dr. [redacted] to send a all break down Hour by hour and days of visit that I went to her clinic.Desired Settlement: I want Dr. [redacted] to refund me @ least 75% of what she got from HC processing loan, so I can pay it back to the loan that she applied for her service.

Mr. [redacted] came to our office on 10/03/2013 and began treatment. In his complaint, he claims that we did not "explain the complete process of their business financial charges." However, our office makes every effort possible to fully explain our financial policies, so that our patients understand their options and payment terms. When Mr. [redacted] decided to start treatment in our office, he signed a "Recommended Action Plan", outlining his treatment. Also on the "Recommended Action Plan", were three payment options, he chose and initialed Option #2, which clearly states "Finance Program". He was then given an "Application for Credit", in which he filled out and signed. He was not approved for the full-program cost through the financing company, so he made monthly payment arrangements with our office to pay the remaining balance. Its hard to believe that after all this, he was unaware of what he was agreeing to or the he was financing his program. In the second part of his complaint, he is disputing his charges and requesting a refund of at least 75% of what was processed to the financing company. Our office cannot provide this refund request because services have been rendered to him. Mr. [redacted] believes that he is owed a refund, however his treatments in our office actually exceeded the amount that he paid for his office visits. In his complaint he is requesting a detailed ledger of his office visits, which we will forward to him directly.

Review: I saw Ms. [redacted] on Sac and Co channel 10 in Sacramento. She made all these promises that she can treat thyroid problems,weight issues,adrenal gland problems, basically everything. So I went to a consultation. I was very ill and desperate to get help. This is who she preys on. The weak sick and very vulnerable patients. Her program is astronomical in price. $8500.00 dollars for six months. So being desperate and not in my right mind of thinking I believed her and signed up. I lasted three months and nothing changed. I followed the program to a tee. At two months I wanted out to get my money back but she said oh Nancy some people take longer to treat. Naturally she didn't want me to stop. I can say my gas and bloating went awsy. But that was because I stopped eating beans in the diet she gave me. I got really sick and felt I was being poisoned. I called her she would say get a blood test Nothing came up on blood test. I had headaches she would say get a neck xray. I had to go to my chiropractor and get a prescription to have xray. Money out of my pocket. I thought 8500. Would include that. Then I had bacteria in my stomach. She said I had c diff. So she told me to go to my doc in Lodi and get an antibiotic. I thought she was treating me not my real doctor who actually is a.medical doctor and not practicing medicine without a license.I thought she was an MD. She is NOT. But she reads lab slips and blood test and bowel test and Silva test like she is a MD. She uses the old bait and switch routine. In three montHe we never spoke about my thyroid. She had to fix all this other stuff. She crossed boundaries with hippa laws. One day she told me that she was going to be live on channel ten with a patient of hers. She told me this lady had diabetes was over weight and her husband wouldn't have anything to do with her because of het weight. That is against the law to talk about other patients problems. When she told me to get an antibiotic from my family doctor I said ,"he is not going to step inDesired Settlement: She said she would get a MD in Elk Grove to give me antibiotic. My desired out come. Is I want my money back. I want others not to be scammed. I want to see her on t.v. American greed. She is a terrible person.

She lied about her phone calls, she read lab reports, she told me to go off of my medication that was prescribed by my medical doctor. She asked me to get antibiotics fro. My medical doctor.
