LAH Auto Repair

I went to LAH Auto Repair on 2/9/2020 to have my rear driver side tire replaced after driving over a nail. The mechanic quickly identified the nail along with an additional hole. I asked the mechanic to replace the rear tire. The shop did not have the same tire size available so he offered to plug the tire instead. The mechanic plugged the tire in two different spots. I payed cash for the repair and did not receive a receipt. I noticed the difference in performance immediately so I returned to the business. The mechanic assured me there were no issues with the tire. The performance did not improve and the tire continued to make a loud noise. Concerned I parked the car for the night. On 2/10/ 2020 I took the car to the store to grab a few items for the house. The store is only about 3 miles away. As I turned right on to the main road the tire came off and struck another vehicle. I contacted the insurance company who instructed me to get a receipt from the auto repair shop. The shop refused to give me a receipt despite numerous attempts to obtain a receipt.
