damaged brake lines and we gave her the estimate to repair the brake linesShe is not accepting the diagnostics we performed on the truck and she came to make a lot of noise talking about her truckWe cannot fix what she thinks is wrong on the truck because we are not going to fix what is not damaged and she was insistent to change the brake padsAlso changing the brake pads is not going to fix her problemHer truck is not leaking fuel, its leaking brake fluidsShe decided to take the truck from the shop and she did not even want to pay for the diagnosticIf she wants to fix her truck at this location she needs to pay to replace the brake line.If you want more information about it, please call Willy ###-###-####I'll be more than happy to resolve this matter

To Whom it may Concern (ID# [redacted]),In Response to [redacted]: We cannot take responsibility for her trucks rusty brake lines, which occurs normally in vehicles. It's not in our interest to discuss any other issue that does not directly affect this case. Due to the fact that we are a serious company we would never accept accusations of “deliberately damaging any vehicle, from any customer. We feel that she is trying to take advantage of her situation, because from hercomplaints she is mentioning other problems that were not originally mentioned. I am rejecting this response cause my truck is still not fix. the owner lie's  about he was  at work the day my truck was there, the owner   did not come to work until Monday and he did not try to call me at all. he  is ling for his staff,  I do not think . the comply   is license, to perform on people's  cars it is  a shames  for this to go on. I need all  the people's to know this comply  dose  not  have license worker perform on cars. it is not over at this time .it is more to come. this should be rated a F no this comply. all I want my truck fix. or the brake line. or go to court. no more talking.
