I requested a single room for 2 nights stay (October 15th & October 16th - verbal rate of $52.00/night) and gave them my credit card information over the phone to hold the room. They immediately charged my card for $116.76 (which was over a week prior to my stay). I ended up only staying there 1 night and requested a refund for the 2nd night. They said they "couldn't" do that. I also requested a receipt which was emailed to me and lacking in detail, consisting of only a total charge with the included tax amount. I gave her the room at our single rate with payment for both nights up front. That is why her card was charged. She did not give 24 hours notice that she would be leaving and not staying the extra night and no refund was given.
