Review: Laika Studio took photos for my wedding in May. I have never received my photos and have left numerous messages without response. I have paid in full.

I signed a contract and paid in full for Laika Studios services. [redacted] has stopped answering my e-mails and phone calls. My wedding was in May and my thank you cards were supposed to arrive in July but never came. I have not heard from [redacted] since June when she told me she was travelling in Russia. I understand she has moved her business to California as well. I also know of two other couples who have not received their photos. I hope you can help me locate her or any of her business associates. I just want my wedding photos.Desired Settlement: All I want are the wedding photos that were taken. It has been six months since my wedding and nothing. Some have been posted online but I have no way of getting them. I am also supposed to receive all of the digital prints.
