Mr*** and Mrs*** are referring to our application fee. This fee is for services associated with administration costs as well as being put on our wait list. This fee is not a contract for enrollment nor does it guarantee any rates even though current rates are listed.
That is a our enrollment form that has not been offered to them. Please see the Tuition Rates and Fees attachment noting the Fee and description columns, “fee for application processing and holding spot on waiting list.” We believe that this handout is clear on all our charges and explains exactly what each of our fees covers. We went through the application process, allowed them access to our database and put them on our waiting list as stated Since their application we have had several phone conversations with Mrs*** including moving her requested start date from the first of January to the first of FebruaryWhen a spot became available for her requested new date we called them and offered them a spot, which they declined. I believe that we did exactly as stated and provided them the service they paid for. All of this takes time and costs our company money. Our database is not free to us nor is my employees time in monitoring and reaching out via phone and email to Mrand Mrs***. I have also included attachments that show when they were imported to our database. This process is done by the client on their own time and computerThere is also an attachment showing a log of phone calls to Mrs***. Lastly the receipt for $cash that they paid us to preform these servicesWhich we did.*** ***

What they fail to mention is that there price is subject to change and if you don't like the price we will not refund your 100.
