I brought my car to Brachs auto center on 7/10/to have a "Coolant Reducer" replacedMy car was returned to me at the end of next day, with the water pump leaking anti-freeze like a siev! I called and informed Brachs Auto center of the problem, the next day they sent a tow truck for my carThey repaired the water pump free of charge and apologized for "missing" the problem! So, I went back to Brach's Auto center once again at the end of the day to pick up my carI pulled off the lot and stopped at the traffic light at 103rd and Western and my car started shaking and smoking! At this point I didn't have any power steering, I brought the car right back to Brach's Auto center and opened the hood of the car and the serpentine belt had shredded into two pieces!!! I brought Thomas *** outside and showed him the problem, once again they had to repair the repair! So at the end of the next day which is now 7/13/Brach's Auto sent one of their mechanics to my home in my car to pick m
