If the conversation was construed to be rude on my part, I apologizeI am a little lost, however, ? in the fact that I had no communication with the author of this complaint; therefore, ? I am not sure how I could have been rude to them I have no reason to doubt that the customer had major damage from the windstorm of Nov17th2015, and that there may have been out of pocket expensesI was attempting, however, to understand thingsWhy wasn't I or our accounting department called and notified of the financial hardship? The first we heard of this was on February 26.th, months and week after the windstormSecondly, I intended to point out that the slow payment history of to days past payment? terms has been ongoing for years and therefore the current situation had little bearing on the decision to close the accountBefore I was able to engage in this discussion, the customer ended the call Per my standard policy, if the customer would like to submit a new credit application one year from now, with references that show payments are? being made within terms from other suppliers, we will be happy to consider them for an open commercial account ?
