I ordered hair from Laissez Faire online for the first time and my experience was awful. They shipped me the wrong items but charged for the actual items I ordered. They sent me 14 inch hair and charged for 18 inches. They also sent the incorrect color. When I called customer service and spoke to [redacted] who questioned my integrity and had the worst attitude ever.
