Laissez Faire

Wanted to order, they said they had what I wanted, but since I knew it was mostly out of stock and discontinued, I wanted to confirm it existed before I ordered it. Called, no answer. I did call the "call for information" line that had no toll free number, started with 480, and got what sounded like someone's personal voice mail. So I left a message on the 888 number, because it said "all agents are busy" and they promised to call back. Nothing that day. Okay, well, it says maybe they'd call the next business day. Nothing. So I called again. Left messages on both the sales and the customer service line. It's now the end of the second business day, and I still have not heard back. They say at the bottom of their information page, they are a long standing member of the Phoenix, AZ BBB. So I checked. Laissez Faire, copied the name straight from the webpage: no results. So I don't know what is going on here, but they are screaming "Unreliable!" to me! Although I can't get in touch with anyone there, I bet they'd charge my card if I put it in as an order. No thanks. No business this difficult to get in contact with is going to get business from me.
