Lake Air Green Apartment

Mr* *** *** *** and his wife and children moved in to apt at Lake Air Green Apartments on 7/7/They have been on housing rent assistant That meant they only paid a small portion of the total rent. After a few months living at our complex, mr*** called the
property manager to inform her that he had moved out and wanted his name out of the lease He said he was tired of fighting with his wifeActually he was under anger management class at that timeHis wife also informed us that he took his stuff and moved outWe told both of them that they have to inform waco housing authority about him moving outIn the meantime we did let housing know that he had moved out tooHousing agreed for her and their children to continue staying in the apartment. When it was time to renew their lease, housing directed us to have her name and their children name only in the new leaseHis wife and his children are still staying at our complex. To us, this is a domestic problem of his family, we have nothing to do with itWe did not have problem with them unless their arguing bother neighbors or damage apartmentThey both came together to apply and paid security deposit for the apartmentThe wife and his children are still staying in the apartmentSecurity deposit will be credited after they vacate the apartment and walk through with usWhen the time to refund the deposit, we will check in the original lease to see whether his name or her name will be stated on the check About the rents, they did not pay rent in advance, the apartment has been occupied by them since 7/7/2015, therefore there is no rent for him to get backActually housing has been paying most of their rent.
