Excellent
I’m handicap and have trouble getting all my trash to the can the owner has picked trash up at the side of my house if a wild animal has gone through it I have seen her pick up which is not her responsibility. The lady works her butt off rain heat snow trash truck or pick up she has always tried her best knowing her husband has had heart issues and aniexty she is always here and if they miss a day she comes the next day I know they used to be twice a week but I paid for a second can once they went once a week I absolutely love Lake Anna Trash and couldn’t see switching they are a small business just trying to make a living

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.On Friday April 24th we waited for the mail, when it came and there was still no refund mailed to us we sent our complaint to the Revdex.com after having waited weeks for a refundAn hour or so after sending my complaint an envelope was left at our door with a money order for $- a refund for and 1/months of trash serviceWe paid for March, April, MayIn April our trash was collected on Friday April 3rdOn Tuesday April 7th no one came to our neighborhood to collect trashTrash days according to the invoice were to be Tuesdays and FridaysOn Wednesday April 8th only our recycling was collected because the company did not have room for the carpet (we also had some bags of kitchen trash in the bin, under the carpet, that was not taken) In response to our original complaint it was stated "the invoices they provide do advise to bag all trashThe company has explained that they accept household trash that is bagged and cannot accept large pieces of trash." However, when I spoke with one of the owners of the company (the wife) on the phone on Wednesday April 8th, she told me they can accept larger items as long as they have a heads up and that if possible they preferred Friday for the bigger items because Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday were their busier daysShe even explained to me that when we have items like the carpet or extra bags of leaves, that we could even text the number on the trash can and say "We have a carpet" so that they know to expect a bigger itemThis was when (instead of texting) I went ahead and said "Then can you let your husband know we will put the carpet back out again on Friday." We assumed because we now gave them a heads up of this bigger item, an item that still fit inside our bin, that they would be able to pick it upOn Friday April 10th they still only collected our recycling and that is when my husband called to ask why the carpet and the rest of our trash (we still had kitchen bags, all of which had now been rained on for a few days) had not been takenWhen the owner returned to take the carpet he was angry and he threw our bin in the back of the truckHe had a very unprofessional manor, waving his finger in my face while he spoke to the point I had to tell him to stop waving his finger in my faceHe also made the comment "I try to keep you people from a piece of st company (referring to County Waste) and all you people do is bh and complain." Because of the unprofessional manor in which our service was ended and because our trash was not taken for most of April we are asking to be reimbursed for the entire months (April and May) Therefore the company still owes us $9.

Review: We had a small carpet. Rolled up it fit inside our trash bin. When the trash company came they took our recycling but not the trash. The wife called to inform me her husband did not have room for the carpet. The explanation was that Mon, Tues, Wed were their busy days so Friday was a better day for extra trash. I asked if she could let her husband know that we would put it out again on Friday. We have had several local companies for trash and they have all been able to accommodate that amount of trash. Friday we put our trash back out with the carpet still in the bin. They came, took the recycling again, but not the trash. When my husband came home he called and asked why our trash was not picked up. The owner told my husband that he had to pick up trash for 60 more people and could not pick up our trash. My husband explained that I had spoken to his wife on Wednesday and let her know we would be putting the carpet out on Friday and he replied "I told you I don't have room!" So my husband said "This is poor business, what am I suppose to do with my trash?" the owner replied "Well if you want me to pick your trash up, I'll come and pick up your trash bin as well." Meaning he would end our service. When he came back, he took our trash and then threw our bin in the back of his truck. I went to speak with him. I said "We need that bin" he said "I payed X dollars for it, it's mine." I said "We paid for 3 months of your service." He said "I'll have my wife send you a check tonight." I told him I had informed his wife we would have the carpet out today for pick up. He began waving his finger in my face in a scolding manner mentioning the 60 people he still needed to get trash from. It appears they were stressed and could not accommodate all the new customers they had bought from our old trash company. He said "I try and save you people from a st company and all you do is bh and complain." My husband took me by the shoulders and we walked away. We are still waiting for our refund.Desired Settlement: We did not ask to end our service, we had plans to stick with the 3 months we had paid before deciding if we switch trash providers or not. This company was clearly overwhelmed with the amount of new customers it had gained by buying out another trash company without planning for extra trucks and drivers to accommodate a growing business. We only asked them to pick up our carpet and trash but they also took our can and refused us further trash service, therefore we would like our money returned.
