from his insurance Company. Although we try to give our patients the best estimate possible based on the benefits provided from their insurance companies. All payments are not guaranteed by insurance companies until all claims are processed. If patients have credits after insurance payments, We are more than happy to give a refund to the patient. However, if the patient's insurance does not pay the total visit, the patient is responsible for the balance after all insurance payments. I have attached an itemized statement of [redacted]'s account from 2016, along with all explanation of benefits and also the office's financial policy which the patient signed stating our policy for insurance balances. We will resend the same to [redacted] as we have before in the past. The current balance of $196.70 is the patient's balance for services rendered by Lake Arbor Dental Associates of MD.
