We have contacted this customer and offered a full refund on behalf of our client *** The customer has already initiated a chargeback with her credit card provider Once this is resolved and the chargback process removed we will issue the full refund We cannot process a
refund while a chargeback is in process

that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.   I will remove the complaint when I receive my refund. Though the company stated I have received it, I have not and I was told yesterday, November 2, 2016 that it was in process of being mailed. This issue will be resolved when I receive my funds. The complaint stands.

I am thoroughly not satisfied with the response.  While I understand that the charges incurred have been refunded, it is unacceptable for a company to hold the funds as acknowledged by the representative of ExtremeTix.  The [redacted] and payment processing are unclear and the [redacted] prompted a decline message over some very specific address discrepancies that would not be common place with most [redacted]( (or any type of payment transaction that declines a transaction).  Unknowingly, we attempted to correct the address discrepancy and resubmit in order to purchase tickets.  The [redacted] told us that the information submitted was wrong and to correct in order to purchase.  It is 100% unacceptable to have a [redacted] with payment processing that will hold funds on a declined transaction.  Especially with an payment processing screen that is unclear and not up to date with modern websites or payment processing.  It is very important for other consumers to be aware of their faulty [redacted] before attempting to purchase any tickets through this company.  This companies antiquated operating procedures have cost us both having the money withheld as well as an overdraft charge for another transaction on a tightly budgeted account we were unaware of.  While I am sure the hosts of the [redacted] were shopping for a cheap and relevant option to deal with online bookings for tickets, it is evident that this company has no interest in technology or protection of their customers.  A message to those who run the [redacted] you get what you pay for.  I will advocate to my peers to never purchase online tickets through your affiliate.

Never were we told about traffic patterns. We were told that the carpeting would last for at least 15 years. We feel that we were sold an inferior product. We do not have the money to replace it. We need to be compensated.  It looks terrible.  We feel like we have been duped, and that is not a good feeling. We are both senior citizens and feel that we have been lied to.
