I am rejecting this response because: The dry cleaners did not attempt to remove the spot because the spot had a sticky residue to it When I picked up the raincoat, the sticky residue was still there and could be scraped off with my fingernail If the cleaners had attempted to treat the spot, twice as they claim, the residue would not have been there.The manager was the one who stated I should call the County when I asked for the owner's nameHe then stated it would not do me any good to call the owner because he does not speak English The manager was not willing to work with me and insisted he had done nothing wrong The manager was very defensive and gave the impression that he was not being truthful There have been many complaints from local customers who have received the same treatment I may be the first one to publicly make a formal complaint to the Revdex.com My issue is the lack of integrity in admitting that the stain was not worked on, The manager's reliance on the fact that the owner does not speak English leaves us to deal with him alone I am not certain that the owner of the business is aware of the problem
