As stated on our website, the weekly rental rate is $900. and a deposit of $500. for each week reserved. We spoke on the phone and agreed to a lower weekly rate ($700.00) and a reduced deposit ($1000.00 to reserve 4 weeks) that would be nonrefundable. It's as simple as that. This is why the...
weekly rate for this issue is only $700 per week and the deposit is only $1000 to reserve 4 weeks. Why else would I give such a deep discount to our rates?
