After renting a jeep I returned it and filled up as requestedOne of the young girls that works there comes out and walks up to the jeep wiping mud off a very specific spot and said I had damaged itThe scratch that was uncovered was clearly there prior to the rental because the girl knew exactly where to go toWhen the jeep was rented it was covered with scratches and broken parts on it Our party rented jeeps from *** and his familyof the other jeeps had issues stalling and one had issues popping out of gearLake City Auto & Sports Center is running a scam in regard to damage on their vehiclesThey clearly need to spend more time inspecting and showing accurate state of a vehicle prior to rentingMaybe if they do this they will not try to stick good customers with damages that they did not do
I will never do business with this company again Important to know, this has happened two years in a row ***, you and your family have lost all business from us

Bad is a severe understatement. The guy here yelled at us and called us [redacted] and several other insulting names and then even cussed us in front of the 4 children with us. We were late returning the Jeep we rented and had no problem paying the late fees, but the way we were treated was despicable. (did I mention that the late fees were over $200?)
