Review: I had called to have a estimate done to install a electric furnace. A gentlemen named [redacted] came out and because the home was vacant and we were in the process of purchasing the home the realtor gave [redacted] the key to get into the home from the Lock Box. He finished the estimates and in the meantime he had lost the key. He did let the realtor know. At the time of the closing I was told what happened and was told to ask that Lake City Electric to replace that lock for the safety of my family. I left a message on the voicemail and had not received a call back. My appointment was scheduled for today (May 13, 2013) to have the furnace installed. I called today to see what the status was on my issue and May had mentioned she never received my message. I let her know what happened and asked for them to replace my lock. She let me know they were unable to do the service today but will keep me informed. She put [redacted] on the phone and he told me that I was going to need to replace that door knob anyways so it shouldn't matter if they replaced it. While we done the inspection of the home before purchasing there had not been anything wrong with the knob. Till this day we have no issues with the knob being broke or not working.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my lock replaced because there is nothing wrong with my knob. I feel that it was [redacted]s fault for losing the key and because it's not found or we don't know if someone else may have found it that it's a safety issue due to the fact anyone can get into my home. I was going to replace it on my own and save the hassle but I was told Lake City Electric was the ones responsible for the key at the time it was lost.
