Vehicle was sold with a day or mile warrantyVehicle was brought into service facility for no start issue and had miles put on it.Customer complaint - No start issue: We took the liberty of having the vehicle picked up and moved to a secondary service facility to determine issue and for us to pay to have resolved at our costWe are taking care of all expenses to regain vehicle operation other than first diagnostics bill at *** ***'s service facility for the no start which is out of warranty by miles.Since we have no current contact number we would ask customer to call so we can give customer vehicle status update.

Vehicle was brought into service facility for no start issue and had 6169 miles put on it.Customer complaint - No start issue: We took the liberty of having the vehicle picked up and moved to a secondary service facility to determine issue and for us to pay to have resolved at our cost. We are taking care of all expenses to regain vehicle operation other than first diagnostics bill at [redacted]'s service facility for the no start which is out of warranty by 4919 miles.Since we have no current contact number we would ask customer to call so we can give customer vehicle status update.
