I have chainlink in my backyard, its great for keeping dogs secured. We can install it so that there are no gaps along the bottom.
I can have the guys hand dig a swale along the back yard to catch any water and divert it. We can cut down the shrubs as well.
NOTE: We will dig a swale, not a french drain, to divert water and cut the shrubs.
Digging a french drain is much more labour and material extensive, it would have cost 3 times as much, so I tailored the quote and the work to meet your budget as you were not happy with the [redacted] quote on April 23rd.

On June 29th the property manager stated he mailed a check for 900. As of July 9th no check has been recieved.
