Dear Revdex.com,Thank you for contacting us in regards to [redacted] problem that he brought to your attention.It is true his watercraft has been with us for too long of periodof time. In our opinion it has to do with a big communication problem betweenhim, his insurance...

company and ourselves. His insurance company agent, [redacted] told us they weregoing to total the personal watercraft. Later we find out they are not and neitherthe insurance company nor [redacted] authorized the repairs necessary to be completed.We have many hours into diagnosing the problem with thiswatercraft and also $170 in parts. At this time, we also just want thewatercraft out of our shop. This morning we contacted [redacted] and informed him thathe can pick it up at no charge to him.
