Please... find below our response to the customer’s statement. 1. The Trolley performed its scheduled obligations pursuant to the contract. the Trolley Management was not aware that the Air Conditioning was not working. 2. The customer’s request for the company to dispatch another trolley would not have solved the problem as the other Trolley does not and never has had Air Conditioning. 3. Once Trolley management was informed of the Air conditioning malfunctioning, the trolley was promptly taken into service and fixed after that weekend. 4. Lake Como Trolley did not willingly send out a trolley knowing the Air Conditioning was not working. 5. The Trolley had to travel on the NJ Garden State Parkway to get to the contracted location. It travel at the requires safe speed limit of 65 mph at which point the “bows” on the outside of the Trolley may have gotten flattened by the wind. Lake Como Trolley Company uses the highest quality of wire ribbon available for our bows. There was Tulle behind all of the bows as was contracted. 6. The Trolley driver was dressed in a very appropriate Blouse and suitable slacks. Not a tee shirt and Jeans. 7. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our trolley and have a crew that dedicates several hours cleaning the entire trolley including polishing all of the brass rails and poles. Before the trolley leaves our lot, our manager Joanne, (who would never let a dirty trolley go out for any function), personally inspects it. We know that weddings can be very stressful on all involved and we take great pride in making sure that we don’t add to that stress. We are known for our “attention to detail” and we have never had any complaints like this before. We have many repeat clients and have only received positive feed back from all our clientele. We regret that Ms. [redacted] feels unhappy about her experience, but we did fulfill our contracted transportation obligation. I respectfully submit this response for your review. Sincerely yours R.
