Subject: Complaint id [redacted] [redacted] : Thank you for sending the information over on the guest I personally spoke with this guest on the 10th,she did not recall whom she spoke with earlier that week Our schedule has been posted online on our website since January of last season as well as in print on our brochures and on our maps when you come into the park During our conversation she was upset the park was not open 8/31-9/as local schools where in session and we never stated we would be open at that time I discussed how many visits she had this summer and she said one, when I looked it up she had visited five times throughout the summer including Labor Day weekend A day pass is $and a summer pass is $pass for itself in under two visits When I told her I would look to see how many times she had visited and if it was only once, I would change it to a day pass, the phone lost connection or she had hung up on me, when I tried to call her back after looking I kept getting her voicemail so I left a message stating that she had used the pass five times and I would not be able to help I hope this answers your questions and it was not like our schedule changed or that she could not get our schedule as we hand them maps on every visit Regards, Jerry B [redacted] – General Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
Well I don't agree with what he wrote because he never called me back when I left him a message and plus when I brought the passes I was never informed about those days I don't look online about information about the passes because I paid cash never got a map or a schedule staying when the park is open in close all I was told is it a unlimited summer passes I bought two of them and purchase the parking they never told me specifics dates I can come and never said it would end before it expires why put expiration date for September 7th if you're not even allowed to go a whole week when school starts that seems like a rippin people off I can send you a picture of the passes so your email that does not say anything about it stopping before September 7th all it says it expires September 7th none of the workers give you a map or tell you before you purchase it that you won't be able for the last week before it expires to go to the park the passes are also unlimited times to go so it wouldn't matter how many times I have went if I bought my paid cash for unlimited days not for only times why do not agree with Jerry saddest considered bad business and also lying thank you
Sincerely,

review of the ‘Customer’s Statement of the Problem,’ I concluded that there simply isn’t enough information to speak directly to the matter. We have several types of Day Passes and multiple levels of Season Pass options, and it is true that with a receipt from the day of we will upgrade the value of a Day Pass to a Season Pass. As an example, if some pays $40 and has a receipt from that day they may apply the $40 to any of our Season Passes. We even allow them to apply the value of the parking to a season long parking pass by showing the receipt. We anywhere from 10-500 upgrades per day and hardly ever experience dissatisfied customers.   We have spoken with the team member who stated that she did not recall any interactions with Ms.[redacted]. I will say that the team member, Sara, that Ms. [redacted] dealt with is one of our veteran staff and regularly receives complements for her attention to detail when servicing our customers.   If Ms. [redacted] still has her receipt from her day admission to the park I will be willing to make an exception and apply the value of each admission towards a season pass for next year. She can call me if she chooses and we can work together from there.   Sincerely yours,   Jonathan V[redacted] – Assistant General Manager

Review: Company misrepresented a day pass conversion into a season pass... Sara a customer relations supervisor has very poor customer service skills... She was rude and unprofessional when I brought this matter to her attention.Desired Settlement: Better customer service & exchange day pass for season pass as promised
