I called this company to set up an appointment to give us a quote on a water filter system for our houseAfter the lady made the appointment and collected all my personal information, my address, email, phone #'s, she then informs me there is a $fee for the appointment! I was furious! I told her that is bad business, that if they are going to charge a fee she should have said that upfront before she made the appointment! That their company should be honest and not collect all my information then tell me about a fee, I told her I felt I had been scammed! All business should state upfront there is a fee before they take your information and schedule an appointment!
We called for a clogged kitchen sinkWe specifically asked what was the fee and they specifically said there isn't a set feeThey charge by the jobWhen they came over, two guys- they didn't even TOUCH anything! Not even to see what needed to be done! They first told me that there is a set fee, and proceeded to show me on their iPad what it was $400!!! They asked that much without even looking under the sink!!!! We ended up paying the $for the Apot and sent them on their wayThat same way another plumber fixed my sink in minutes for $There is no excuse for what happened!!!

They would not give you an estimate or leave you alone when you call them on a phoneThey will push you into the corner and you will agree to pay $to have them coming to your home to give you an estimateI had a clogged kitchen sink and the estimate was $I asked the man how much they charge per hour, and he said, they don't charge per hour, they charge per given jobWell, I couldn't accept this but they were still ahead with my bucks wasted, while they "earned" for just coming and looking aroundI found somebody else who did it for a lot, lot lessBut the important thing is that it took him less than half hour to unclog the sinkThink about it! Lake Cook Plumbing charges over $1,per hour for their workWho else get that much for a job that requires just right tools but little skill and training
Other than the person that was sent out to my address was not able to find my house, so I had to call past the time they were supposed to come to my house to service my toilet, it was an overall good experienceI would suggest that the company makes sure that they visit the correct address when going to service the customerI waited several hours for the service person to arrive, then they never didHowever, when they did get another technician out, Josh was very friendly and completely the work on my toilet quickly and very well!
